How to qualify to drive Cat C vehicles?

A large goods vehicle (LGV) driver, also known as a heavy goods vehicle (HGV) driver, is authorised to drive a truck or lorry weighing more than 3,500 kg.Also, it is said that good training can help you have better driving experiences in the long run. 

To get a Cat C LGV Licence, The following steps are to be followed:

  • C1 Driver Training.
  • Get a driver's licence for an automobile as the first step.
  • Apply for a temporary lorry licence.
  • Pass the four-part CPC exam.
